Did I place my order by the O/N deadline?

The ordering deadline for an Internet-Order is 5:00pm PST.  The ordering deadline for a Phone-Order is 5:00pm PST.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I haven’t received my package yet.  Why?

All orders go out the day received, as long as it is within the time frame above.  So if your package has not yet been received and it is within the time frame you requested on your order, there is something wrong.

 

It could be for any of the following reasons; if you ordered over the internet, you might have…

  • Unsuccessfully submitted the Internet-Order:  If you received an email confirmation, then this is not the problem.

  • Typed in your information incorrectly:  You would have received a phone call from Puck Technology, Inc. on the day your order was processed, in an effort to help you correct your information for re-submittal. *Please note that we only keep declined orders on file for 5-10 days

  • Declined for insufficient funds:  You would have received a phone call from Puck on the day your order was processed, to inform you of the deficiency of funds in your account. *Please note that we only keep declined orders on file for 5-10 days

  • Missed your package delivery:  You would have been notified by the carrier of the failed delivery attempt by a note on your door, however, you may call Puck to get your tracking # and contact the carrier to have it re-delivered or pick it up.

If you ordered over the phone, you might have…

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, via our expedited shipper. The cost of shipping via our expedited shipper is $45.00 for a Whizzinator or $35.00 for supplies. Once the package arrives the customer will be responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes.

 

 

 

 

 

How was my package shipped out?

If you ordered overnight or 2nd Day delivery, your package was shipped out using our expedited shipper.  If you ordered Priority Mail, your package was shipped via the United States Postal Service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

When was my package shipped out?

If your order was processed by the deadline provided above, the following guidelines could be used*;

 

Overnight shipments deliver the next day when processed Monday through Thursday.  If you order Overnight on a Friday it delivers on Monday.  *Please note that our expedited shipper cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Saturday Delivery on a Friday will cost an additional $15 (from standard Overnight delivery) and will be delivered Saturday.  Prior to making this selection, please call 1-800-463-3339 to ensure that this service is available in your area.  * Please note that our expedited shipper cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

2nd Day shipments deliver on the second day after the order is processed;

Billing Questions

 

The Money has not been taken out of my account.  Why?

Your order did not contain enough/accurate information in order for the order to be processed. There was a problem with your order.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You have taken the money out of my account, but I haven’t received my order.

If money has been deducted from your account and you have allowed sufficient time for delivery, based on your order information, there could be a few answers.

 

  • Your order is on its way.  Please contact us at 1-800-530-3510 or 1-800-518-7316 or email us at questions@pucktechnology.com for your tracking number. * Please note tracking numbers are only provided on expedited shipments.

 

  • Upon processing the order your bank placed the funds on hold pending the authorization of the charge.  If your charge was denied it is possible that the funds were placed on hold by your bank.  Puck Technology, Inc. is not the cause for the hold.  You are to contact your bank and ask when the funds will be available for use.

 

 

 

 

 

Do you keep my information on file?

Puck Technology, Inc. has a strict policy of keeping our customer’s information private.  We keep records only for tracking and confirming purposes.  Your personal and credit information is always destroyed.

How can I place an order?

Puck Technology, Inc. has various methods of payment available to our customers.

Can I place a wholesale order?

If you would like to sell our products you must fax us a copy of your current resale license for your store and include your phone # so that we can contact you for your first order. When your first order is placed we will ask additional information.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I put the wrong address on my order, what can I do?

If you placed an order on-line and the address was wrong, please contact us IMMEDIATELY in order to avoid a shipment to the wrong address and extra shipping charges to you.  Call us at 1-800-530-3510 and one of our representatives will be able to assist you. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Did my order go through?

We will call you at the phone number you provided if your order fails.  If you do not receive a call from us, provided that the number you gave us is correct, your order went through and it is on the way.

Can I have a different billing and shipping address?

This can only be done if the shipment is going to the same general area.  Due to the possibility of fraud we have to restrict some shipments and this can be done at our own discretion. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How can I place an international order?

An international order can be placed via the phone, at 562-490-2751 or via the internet.  If an internet order is placed, please keep in mind that the website does not reflect international shipping prices.  If you want a price before you place your order, please call us.  The average price for international shipping is $45.00 USD.

How does the Whizzinator work?

The Whizzinator is a ‘gravity operated’ urine substitution device.  It delivers a toxin free urine sample through a prosthetic penis that is part of a light weight apparatus that is worn under your clothing.  It is delivered by activating a discrete plastic toggle on the front of the belt.  This kit is refillable and reusable.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How long is the urine good for?

Our synthetic toxin free dehydrated urine in its dehydrated form is good for about one year.  Once the urine has been mixed with water you will need to use it within about 8 hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My bag broke or ripped, what do I do now?

If you purchased it from a store, you will need to contact them regarding their return policy.  If you purchased it from Puck within the last month, just return it to us and we will fix it for you and then mail it back.  If it has been longer that a month you will need to contact us.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can I reheat my urine?

No, if you do this, you will be taking a chance that the urine has been contaminated by bacteria, therefore causing you to fail your test.  Once the dehydrated urine is mixed, you must use it within about 8 hours. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My urine sample is being sent to another lab, why?

It is always stressful to have your sample sent to a lab but you don’t need to worry.  Our synthetic urine is as good as real urine.  The initial on site screening test, otherwise known as the dip test, has a high rate of false positives.  The testing labs are very accurate and our synthetic urine never fails lab tests, just make sure you follow all of the instructions in making and using the urine.  And remember deny! Deny! Deny! Demand a retest, because you are always clean!

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do you close the valve to stop ‘peeing’?

An easy way would be by pinching the prosthetic and then stopping the valve; by pushing the toggle/valve down towards the fake penis. We always recommend a lot of practice so that you are used to the product before you go out and take your test.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can I use someone else’s urine in my Whizzinator?

Yes, you can use someone else’s urine in our kit.  We just ask that you be 110% sure the urine is clean before you use their urine.  If you do use someone else’s urine simply collect the sample’ the day of your test and inject it into the Whizzinator with the refill syringe.  Use the sample within about 8 hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Which tests will the urine pass?

Can the lab tell the urine is synthetic?

No, our synthetic urine has all of the same things as human urine.  Our urine has sugars, nitrates, creatin, the same PH level and the same gravity as human urine.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I get another temperature strip?

When placing an order for supplies, such as urine or heat pads, just ask one of our representatives to add a temperature strip.  If you are placing an order, we will throw one on for free.  If you are placing the order via the internet, use the comments field to request one.  If all you need is a replacement temperature strip, there is a $2.00 replacement fee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I get another syringe?

Order one from us online or over the phone.  If ordering online, use the comments field to request a 2.00 replacement syringe.  Please note that if all you are ordering online is a syringe you will not be allowed to.  If this is the case, please call us at 1-800-530-3510.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My drug test was positive, now what?

If you failed because of temperature, or bacteria levels, it means you did not follow the product use and handling instructions and do not qualify for a refund.  If your lab results failed it is due to a ‘false positive’ and you need to demand a retest.  Remember to always deny! Deny! Deny! This is because our product cannot fail a lab test and if it does it is because of user error or an error on the part of the testing facility.  Read your directions carefully and call us afterwards if you still have questions.  There is no reason why you shouldn’t be like the 300,000 or so other people passing drug tests effectively with our product.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can I freeze the leftover urine?

We do not recommend that you freeze your urine.  If you need to, thaw out the bladder at room temperature.  If there is a cloudy or web-like substance in the urine, it has already been contaminated by bacteria and we do not recommend that you use it because you will probably fail.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can I return my Whizzinator for a refund?

If your Whizzinator is still new and has not been used or been filled with any liquid, you can return the Whizzinator, within 30 days from the date of your purchase from Puck Technology, Inc.  If you purchased your Whizzinator from a reseller, you need to contact the reseller for their policy.  Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs, only the product cost will be refunded. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What size waist does the belt fit?

Our kits are designed for waist sizes up to 48 inches.  If you feel that this is not going to be sufficient, please request an extension belt when you place your order.

What is your return policy for the product?

If this is not the item for you please return the UNUSED product within 30 days of your purchase from Puck Technology, Inc, for a refund of the product cost only.  No shipping costs will be refunded.  If you receive the wrong color, please let us know and we will correct this for you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Where does the heat pad go on the kit?

The heat pad attaches to the vinyl bladder bag on the side of the bag opposite the temperature strip.  When worn correctly the heat pad is located between the belt and the bag, on the side away from your body.  As with everything else, if you have any questions, please call us BEFORE you go and take your test.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I mix the urine?

First measure 90 cc’s of water in a glass or other container.  Dump the entire content of the vial in to the glass or container of water. Mix the 2 items.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you have a money back guarantee?

The guarantee is, you cannot fail if you follow directions.  Familiarize yourself with the directions; call us if you are unable to understand them. You wont need a guarantee when you start passing all your drug tests!  This is fail proof if used correctly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is there a female version?
